Trefriw is a quiet, undiscovered gem and one of the best places to stay in this beautiful part of Wales - the perfect rural location to get away from it all and enjoy a relaxing weekend break or even a longer holiday.

This peaceful, picturesque village is surrounded by scenic Welsh countryside, and Trefriw has an interesting history - famous for spa waters and a working woollen mill which still weaves beautiful Welsh blankets.

We escaped here in 2017 after falling head over heels in love with the house, the prettiest of settings and the stunning natural beauty all around us.
