Comfort and style at our B&B in Eryri | Snowdonia, North Wales
Our aim from day one was for our B&B to be a comfortable, stylish, cosy home-from-home, providing you with the best possible accommodation for your short break or holiday in Eryri | Snowdonia and North Wales.
Public rooms are decorated with bold colours and furnishings and have been designed to reflect the traditional Victorian heritage of the house whilst incorporating modern comforts.
Our five non-smoking guest bedrooms - on the middle and top floors - are uniquely and individually decorated, and all have private facilities and showers (which are either en-suite or just outside the door).

Public Rooms
Our home has a selection of beautifully designed and comfortable rooms which are open to all guests.
The two lounges are the perfect place to relax, talk with fellow travellers, enjoy a drink and plan your days out in wonderful Eryri | Snowdonia and North Wales.
The Snug
Make yourself comfortable in ‘The Snug’ on our ground floor. Plan your days out with bespoke guides in this cosy room, and find other things to do with our collection of leaflets, books and maps.
The Dining Room
Breakfast is served in ‘The Dining Room’ on our ground floor, where you will also find fresh milk for tea and coffee, a selection of herbal and fruit teas, and glasses for more ‘exciting’ drinks.
The Lounge
On our middle floor enjoy ‘The Lounge’ with its bold black decor, books, games and complimentary sherry. A perfect quiet nook for reading and relaxing in after your day exploring North Wales.

Decorated in a contemporary, boutique style with bespoke lighting, local art and photographs of Eryri | Snowdonia, they provide the perfect place to retreat to and stay in after your day exploring wonderful North Wales.
Cast iron beds feature comfy pocket-sprung mattresses, crisp white linens and beautiful Trefriw Woollen Mills traditional Welsh blankets which are still woven at the mill right here in our village, Trefriw.
Our rooms have all the little luxuries and homey touches you need to create your perfect bolthole, such as blackout curtains to ensure sweet dreams, and USB points to charge those phones and devices!
Hopefully we have thought of everything you may need whilst you are with us, if not… please just ask!

Bedroom 1
Twin or Double with private bathroom
On the middle floor of our house, this twin or double bedroom has views of the village and Gwydir Forest in the distance.
This bedroom has two standard UK single beds (90cm x 190cm) which can be put together to form a large king-size bed - just select 'double bed' as a preference when you book!
There is a wash basin in the room, and a private external bathroom which has a shower, wash basin and toilet is just outside the door.
It is for the sole use of this bedroom and not shared - bathrobes are provided!

Bedroom 2
Double with en-suite bathroom
On our middle floor of our house, this bright double bedroom has dual aspect windows with views of the village and Gwydir Forest in the distance.
This bedroom has a standard UK double bed (135cm x 190cm) and an en-suite bathroom which has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Bedroom 3
Double with en-suite bathroom
On our middle floor of our house, our largest double bedroom has a sofa and views of the garden and the surrounding hills across the Conwy Valley in the distance.
This bedroom has a standard UK double bed (135cm x 190cm) and an en-suite bathroom which has a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Bedroom 4
Double with en-suite facilities and private shower room
Tucked away on our top floor in the eaves of our house, this bright and cosy double bedroom has dual aspect windows and views of both the garden and surrounding hills, and the village and Gwydir Forest in the distance.
This bedroom has a standard UK double bed (135cm x 190cm) and an en-suite toilet and wash basin.
A private external shower room, for the sole use of room 4 when it is booked by itself*, is just outside the door - bathrobes are provided!
* Room 4 can also though be booked with room 5 right next door (see below), and together they can accommodate two, three or four people.

Bedroom 5
Double with en-suite facilities and private shower room
Also on the top floor of our house, this bright double bedroom - with dual aspect windows and views of the village and Gwydir Forest in the distance - can only be booked direct and with room 4.
Room 5 also has a standard UK double bed (135cm x 190cm) and an en-suite toilet and wash basin.
It shares the same private external shower room when both rooms are booked together - bathrobes are provided!
The two rooms are right next door to each other and are perfect for families and friends.

When you search for availability if room 4 is available then room 5 is always too!
To reserve both rooms together just search for one room for two, three or four people on our booking system - you DON’T need to ‘add an additional room’

Our policies in brief
When you book direct we avoid commission paid to booking.com and happily pass the savings onto you!
So you get a lower rate and save money when you book your stay here - £16 off each night in 2025
In general we don't usually accommodate infants / children under the age of 14
However, this is not a strict blanket policy as we know all children are different, so if you want to have a chat first with a view to booking please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us and we can discuss options
We unfortunately cannot accommodate pets - trained assistance dogs are of course welcome
Reservations are normally for a minimum of 2 nights when you book direct with us
To enquire about a shorter stay at any time please contact us and we can hopefully assist you
