Moel Siabod - an alternative mountain to Snowdon!

Moel Siabod is a great alternative to climbing Yr Wyddfa / Snowdon - still a ‘proper’ mountain with great 360 degrees views, but much, much quieter.

Walking or driving to the Grey Mare’s Tail waterfall, near Trefriw

The Grey Mare’s Tail is a stunning ‘double’ waterfall cascading into a wooden glade and - thus far! - remains relatively undiscovered by social media!!!

Walking or driving to Llyn Geirionydd, near Trefriw

Llyn Geirionydd is a beautiful lake above Trefriw where wild swimming, SUP and other watersports are permitted - it is also just a lovely place for a walk and explore!

You can easily walk to it from the door or it is a short drive :
