S&J were incredible hosts! We felt at home away from home within minutes of arriving.

The location was perfect to explore N Wales, from the coast all through the Snowdonia National Park.

S&J were extremely attentive and had excellent suggestions for us to explore from cute lunch spots to incredible less known waterfalls!

Breakfast was delicious too and they spoilt us with yummy treats in the room too.

They have so much knowledge of the beautiful area, places to go and places to eat.

There are even two guest lounges for you to use which is great. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and have everything you need.

The beautiful garden outside is also a lovely place to use and chill out too.

The breakfast is really well cooked (local produce) and very tasty and sets you up for the day ahead.

“By far the best B&B we have ever stayed in.

Stuart and Jasmine couldn’t do enough for us. From hanging our wetsuits on the line after a swim to leaving the weather forecast for Snowdon outside our door the night before we climbed.

The breakfast was fantastic, the local yogurt is outstanding!

It’s clear that Stuart and Jasmine love their B&B and attention to detail is fantastic. There is so much we loved we can’t put it all down!

Location is great with a lovely pub next door and butchers over the road. There is a beautiful walk to a local lake that we highly recommend too.

We were greeted by two of the most wonderfully welcoming hosts we have had the pleasure of meeting, who immediately made us feel at home.

The house itself while having retained all of it’s original charm and character has been transformed internally into a chic space with original touches everywhere you look, the color choices overwhelmingly calming and relaxing and the quality of everything chosen clear to see.

With every room one of a kind you can’t help but feel connected to your little space whilst your there and with all the lovely additional touches, information packs on things to do locally, water bottles to use during your stay, umbrella’s by the door, chilled fresh milk available, freshly baked gingerbread people each day and of course fabulous hosts there really is absolutely nothing not to love about this place!”

Very friendly and helpful welcome, with good up-to-date info about where to eat, walk etc.

Great attention to detail, quickly making you feel at home, and some very nice little touches.

Comfortable room in beautiful Victorian house that Jasmine and Stuart have restored with very stylish modern decor and a real eye for colour and design, while still making the most of the period features.

Two different guest lounges, both very attractive. Spotlessly clean throughout and felt very Covid safe.

Superb breakfast each day, options include full cooked breakfast or a ‘special’ that’s different each day.

Clearly committed to sustainability and support for local businesses.

And last but not least, Bryn the Golden Retriever is lovely.

“We had a perfect stay, the house is beautiful, so clean, very comfy beds and lots of extra little touches provided by Jasmine and Stuart.

Breakfast was spot on with a daily special offered as an alternative to full breakfast.

Nothing was too much trouble and always greeted with a welcoming smile. After ordering Earl grey tea on our first morning , Earl grey appeared on our room beverages tray without asking 👍 - such personal attention made you feel a special guest .

Will most definitely return if in the area again and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you once again for making our short break.”

The service from Jasmine and Stuart was incredible. They took the time to know our names, answered our questions and even took the initiative to provide us with the weather for our next day’s hike. Probably the most personable and hospitable experience we’ve ever had in any B&B or Hotel.

The home is beautiful with a lovely garden. Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to fully appreciate it. There’s some great guides the owner’s have drawn up of Wales. I would suggest anybody touring to make this place their first stop.

There are several great pubs with good quality food within a 5 minute walk from the house. ”

“When you first enter Crafnant House you can see that a lot of care and attention has been given to create a beautifully decorated, well presented guest house.

The products left in the en-suite were very high end and smelt amazing.

Stuart and Jasmine are a wonderful couple who go out of their way to make sure that your stay is perfect, from providing a packed breakfast (the sausage patty in the roll was amazing) if you’re up and about early, helping to book restaurants for the evening and even posting back to us our ice walls which we’d left in their freezer.

Social distancing and hand sanitising is adhered to but never in an overbearing way, instead you’re left feeling safe and confident in your surroundings.

A great base for exploring the outstandingly beautiful area and I would definitely stay here again.”

“Firstly, a big thank you to Stuart and Jasmine for everything. You have truly created a wonderful place to stay for people and go above and beyond. I felt looked after which is just what I needed.

Upon arrival Stuart was so friendly and welcoming, showed us around and to our rooms and went through the Covid rules which was reassuring.

The entire house was immaculate and our room had everything we could ever need. They really have thought of everything, we were totally impressed within minutes of being there.

As big foodies (as Jasmine learnt) the breakfast was a massive highlight for us and it was beautiful every morning. You had a choice of a traditional cooked breakfast, their special which changed every day, fruit, muffins and cereals. Thank you again guys for the breakfasts, so yummy.

In the lounges they have loads of leaflets and ‘to do’ guides so you’ll never be stuck on what to do.

Their garden backs onto a pub where we had dinner one night, again beautiful.

“This place is one of our all-time favourite stays. Excellent location with hikes starting just outside the door, beautiful decor, comfortable rooms, exceptional food and drinks.

This is all before we even mention Stuart and Jasmine. They are incredibly friendly, full of local knowledge, passionate about their lovely place and ready to go out of their way for their guests. Nothing is too much trouble and it’s been an absolute pleasure meeting them and their lovely dog Bryn.

Thoughtful touches such as gingerbread men, homemade bread and journey treats just add to an already wonderful experience.

A different ‘special’ is offered for breakfast each day and on the morning that we had an early start a breakfast was prepared for us in a coolbag ‘to go’ - nothing is too much trouble.

Food at the pub next door was excellent with an extensive gin and whisky selection!
